Steve “Heavy” Haltom, Heavy is an Army trained craps player and has been interested in dice influencing for numerous years. Studying dice control and setting, he eventually discovered why and how it worked.
In 2001, Heavy published Axis Power Craps – a manual designed to teach the fundamentals of precision shooting. One year later he launched the Axis Power Craps Forum on-line, which went on to become one of the top rated craps discussion groups on the Internet.
Heavy has authored numerous gaming articles and his most recent contribution to the dice community is his web site, CrapsFest.com.
